Dr. Hiten Upadhyay

MD, FAAEM / Bilingual

Dr. Upadhyay is a board-certified Emergency Physician and has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. He is currently the Medical Director and CEO of Professional Urgent Care Services, established in 2013. Dr. Upadhyay spent the first 15 years of his career working clinically at a Level II Trauma Center in St Petersburg, FL. He was a board member for Pinellas County EMS systems, in addition, he became the Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee for the Hospital. He was an active member of the Pinellas County Medical Association as a Secretary on the board and is an active member of the American Academy of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Upadhyay graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics and Biology and completed his medical school and residency at Wayne State University/ Detroit Medical Center. He currently has privileges at multiple hospitals in the Tampa Bay area and continues to practice clinical Emergency Medicine.

Marisa Benedict

Physician Assistant / Bilingual

Marisa is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, Florida. Marisa previously graduated from University of Central Florida with a bachelor degree in Pre-Clinical Health Sciences. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She is a Tampa Bay native, having been born and raised in St. Pete. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, going to the beach, reading, and spending time with her dog and loved ones around town.

Dianna Taylor

FNP-C / Bilingual

Dianna Taylor is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the healthcare field. She earned her advanced degree from the University of St. Augustine and has since built a diverse clinical background, including hospice, pediatrics, primary care, and urgent care. Known for her compassionate approach and dedication to patient-centered care, Dianna is deeply passionate about improving the health and well-being of those she serves.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dianna is committed to providing inclusive and culturally competent care to a diverse patient population. Outside of her professional work, she is a proud mother of three and enjoys crafting, shopping, and indulging her love of books in her free time.

Natalia Flores

PA-C

Natalia Flores, PA-C, earned a degree in Dietetics and Exercise Science from Florida State University before completing a dietetic internship at the Medical University of South Carolina. She then went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida. With several years of experience in emergency medicine, she brings a broad clinical background and a patient-centered approach to urgent care. Outside of work, she enjoys training Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai, strength training, and spending time on the water paddleboarding.

Kathrine Gonzalez

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kathrine Gonzalez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with several years of experience providing comprehensive care in urgent care and outpatient settings. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has experience evaluating and treating a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, including pediatric conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, minor procedures, and occupational health needs.

Kathrine is passionate about providing compassionate, thorough, and patient-centered care while helping patients feel comfortable and informed about their health. She is excited to serve the local community as a part-time provider.

Mindy Luu

Physician Assistant / Bilingual

Mindy is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. Mindy previously graduated from University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Health Sciences. As a young child, Mindy’s first exposures to healthcare came while serving as an interpreter for her grandparents’ doctors visits. Prior to joining the team at Professional Urgent Care Services, Mindy gained four years of hands-on clinical experience in both medical and surgical dermatology.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Mindy brings the same compassion and dedication that she shared with her family to each of her patient interactions. Mindy was born and raised in St. Petersburg. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, going to the beach, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants in the area.
